  Organisation of days of reflection, discussion and debate and publications about subjects of common interest.
 
Services to the development agencies:
  Preparation and launching of joint community initiatives.
Carrying out of studies of interest in the local development scope.
Life-long training of the local development agents. 		 
On-line services:
  With this web page we intend to put within the reach of everybody and with the immediacy allowed by Internet all kinds of reports, information, interesting events, discussion forums and the on-line communication technologies that may adapt to our goals and services.
